Clean hotel in a beautiful building so close to the historic centre of Cusco, and many, many fine restaurants, cafes and shopping. Brand-new, reasonably large room with a balcony. Good and unbeatable location around 4-6 minutes walk from Inca ruins. Also, in the historic district.

    Quite limited breakfast.

Clean and fabulous place and the breakfast was free. The food was outstanding, especially coffee, fresh fruit, bread, pastries, and meats for breakfast. The service we got was good. Had central location close to city center.

The architecture and decor of the hotel -- seemed like an old monestary. Very quaint and peaceful.

Need a little upgrading to the rooms

    poor hygiene
    shower flooding

Our experience was terrible! I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness and basic hygiene. The bathroom shower flooded every time we used it, and despite multiple complaints, no one bothered to fix it. To top it off, the spa treatment was a disaster. One of the masseuses was coughing violently. It's unacceptable for sick staff to be working on guests.

charming ambiance, character-filled architecture, pristine cleanliness

The room's poor sound insulation proved frustrating when noisy fellow guests disrupted our sleep at early hours!!! The smell of paint lingered in the air during a night out!!!

    great location

The breakfast was generous and really good. We loved how close it was to margot, juan carlos, julio, and patricia. Always ready with a smile. After a long day of exploring, relaxing in the courtyard was a perfect way to unwind.
